Hi there!

There's a brilliant mix on across Surrey this week — plenty to keep everyone busy, from families to theatre lovers to music fans.

For families, the magical Wind in the Willows adventure trail is now running at RHS Wisley. If you love theatre, don't miss your last chance to catch Michael Sheen in the five-star Our Town at the Rose Theatre, Kingston — it closes Saturday 28th March. 2:22 — A Ghost Story is also in its Woking run at the New Victoria Theatre, and Epsom Players bring the joyful Kipps: The New Half A Sixpence Musical to the Epsom Playhouse this week too.

Comedy fans are well looked after — there's a midweek stand-up night at Farnham Maltings on Wednesday, Bring Your Own Baby Comedy Club for new parents on Thursday, and the brilliant Screaming Blue Murder Comedy Club back at Dorking Halls on Friday evening.

And on Sunday, 10cc bring their Greatest Hits Tour to the New Victoria Theatre in Woking — a truly unmissable night for fans of 70s rock royalty.

Have a great week, Charli x

The Apple Cider Vinegar Surrey Can't Stop Talking About

PARTNER | WELLNESS

A few weeks ago, leaflets started arriving on doorsteps across Weybridge. Then the messages started coming in from readers wanting to know about a new apple cider vinegar spotted in M&S. For a small, family-made product to generate that kind of local word-of-mouth before most people had even tried it — we were curious.

The product is Umber Plus by Natural Umber. Made by Michael and Luke Mackle, a father and son with seven decades of apple-growing expertise, using apples from their own UK and Irish orchards. It's now stocked in M&S Brooklands, M&S Guildford, and other selected stores — and the fact that it made it onto M&S shelves at all tells you something.

Why ACV, and why now?

Apple cider vinegar has built a loyal following in wellness circles for its role in supporting digestion and gut health. Unfiltered ACVs like Umber Plus contain "the mother" — the naturally occurring bacteria and enzymes formed during fermentation — and many people incorporate just one tablespoon a day into their routine. At around 25p per serving from a one-month supply bottle, it's one of the more affordable daily wellness habits going.

The reason most people don't stick with it? The taste. Traditional ACV is harsh, sharp, and genuinely unpleasant for a lot of people.

That's where this one is different

Diluted in cold water, Umber Plus tastes more like apple juice than vinegar — naturally sweet and fruity. It works just as well in hot water without needing honey. For anyone who has tried cheaper supermarket ACVs and given up, the difference is noticeable.

It's also unprocessed, unfiltered, enriched with Vitamin D, and fully traceable — you know exactly where the apples came from and how it was made. That combination makes it the only artisan ACV currently on M&S shelves.

What customers are saying

"Apple cider vinegar is something I've always tried to incorporate into my diet but often found it so sharp and acidic. Since being introduced to Natural Umber I'm hooked. There really is no other ACV on the shelf that can compare. It tastes so sweet and is delicious."

"It's really tasty. I add it to sparkling water for an evening pick-me-up and to my salads for a balsamic-like flavour. It really is a multi-use essential in my cupboard now."

Find Umber Plus at naturalumber.com and in M&S Brooklands, M&S Guildford, and other selected stores.
