Hi there!
Spring is very much making its presence felt this week — and Surrey has a brilliant mix of things on for all of you.
If you’ve got little ones, there’s a lovely selection this week: a sweet sensory show for babies and toddlers at Farnham Maltings on Wednesday, a free pre-school play session at the Yvonne Arnaud on Friday, and a gorgeous folk concert for children aged 0-8 on Sunday morning. The Farnham Literary Festival is also in its final days, with children’s football author Matt Oldfield on Saturday — a must for any book-loving football fan.
For the grown-ups, there’s comedy gold at the New Victoria Theatre — Chris McCausland on Wednesday and Josh Widdicombe on Thursday. And the RHS Orchid Show at Wisley is running from Friday to Sunday, filling the glasshouses with spectacular tropical blooms. One of the best free-with-admission events of the year.
Don’t forget Ripley Farmers’ Market on Saturday for your local shopping fix, and 2:22 — A Ghost Story opens its Woking run on Monday evening.
Have a great week, Charli x
